You're engaged! Congradu-freaking-lations on finding the love you've dreamed of and your hopeless romantic, middle-school self would gaze at in awe! (I just imagine my 12 year old self dressed in hand-me-downs and glittery blue eyeshadow being elated for myself today - Bruce (my parter) and met each other at 12 years old in middle school, became best friends and began dating five and a half years later)
Photographer is one of my titles, but I'm more than just that outline. I am your personal assistant, wardrobe consultant, location scout and hype-woman, time-keeper, vendor-recommendation hub, organizer, wedding-day outline planner, DJ (with pretty great music if I may insert my biased opinion) during your session and all around support system (wedding planning can be A LOT)! I'm an empath, extroverted introvert and Type A and C, who leans into channeling my positive energy in the most passion driven way. Those who know me best would say one of my best qualities is my ability to get the job done!
I devote myself to my craft and believe that each experience with an individual is a chance to learn from each other's perspective of life and art to create something new and beautiful. I've got your back on outfits, makeup and hair planning, locations galore, natural, candid posing and making sure you are having a blast in front of the camera just doing YOU! Leave all of the nitty-gritty up to me.
One of my most frequent anecdotes of feedback directly after a session goes something like, "that was actually really easy", or, "I was nervous I'd feel awkward but you made us feel so comfortable". That's the ultimately goal in part of the process of creating beautiful imagery. Take it from a person who often visibly cringes when in front of the camera; being photographed can feel scary but when your photographer behind the camera makes your comfort their priority, the nerves quickly slip away and the whole experience becomes an evening (or morning if you prefer sunrise) of basking in the love of your partner.
